Our soup chickens are retired, pasture-raised laying hens and roosters that have lived happy, healthy lives here at Duff Acres. While they don’t have much meat on them, their bones and rich flavour make them perfect for creating deeply nourishing broths and hearty homemade soups.

Slow simmering brings out all that goodness — giving you a delicious, wholesome base for soups, stews, and stocks.
